We saw this gem of a nearly 300-year-old traditional Puglian house more than five years ago and fell in love with this magical way of building and of course the place itself. Since summer 2023 it is open now and we are thrilled that you are one of our first guests.

As you can see it is built like people lived hundreds of years ago, that’s why some doors and ceilings due to restoration laws are quite low. So if you are taller than 1,80 meters better watch your head

Beside the entry hall/dining room you have two kitchens, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms. The outer kitchen works with a gas stove (please always close the gas lever in the cupboard under the stove after you finish cooking), and the indoor one with an induction cooker. You also have two dishwashers and two fridges (each in- and outdoor) and one washing machine indoor as well as a laundry rack for your swimwear and your washed clothes. In summer all will be dry within an hour max.

Water is a very valuable resource here in Puglia, so we would be grateful if you wouldn’t let the water run if it is not necessary. Our caretaker here will make sure that our reservoir will always be full. And that also the pool of 9 x 4 meters is working perfectly fine. If you wake up in the morning there is nothing better than take a fresh dive into the pool. There might be some insects from the night in it, so feel free to clean it with the provided mesh.

From our roof terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean and all the lovely olive trees, that make the region famous and always green. Don’t miss to buy a local oil to take home as a souvenir. Please be careful with children that they don’t use the stairs on their own because they are steep and without a handrail.

For each guest, we provide 2 big, 2 medium, and 2 small towels that you can use in the bathroom and at the pool. Bedlinens are freshly provided once a week. If you wish to get them cleaned more often you can book this additionally. A steam iron is also in the house.

Fasano and all the lovely cities and coast nearby offer a great range of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and sightseeing. We are happy to provide you with a list of our favorite places for food, drinks, shopping, and culture.
